Medium garnet in color, aromas of violets, red fruits, stewed plums, smoke and vanilla. Flavors of red fruit, cedar and charred oak. Pair with roasted vegetables, salmon, turkey and grilled burgers. Neutral French and new American oak. 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot, 10% Tannat.
