Notes of currant, spice, plum, black cherry, dark fruits, vanilla, spice and leather. Smooth supple tannins that will age well for years. 12% Merlot, 87% Cab Franc. 21% new American oak. The remainder is neutral French oak. Silver – Loudoun Wine Awards.
